Known for his disciplined, hands-on approach, he specializes in financial analysis, due diligence, entitlements, legal oversight, and construction management. Tim is passionate about identifying value and executing with precision, consistently delivering strong outcomes across a diverse portfolio of development and acquisition projects. He has been instrumental in acquiring and adding value to a portfolio of almost 9,000 units and valued at over $1.2bb. Based in Southern California, Tim enjoys fly fishing, building and flying airplanes, riding motorcycles, and traveling with his family.

As co-founder of Forge Partners, Matt brings over 25 years of commercial real estate experience spanning investments, brokerage and principal ownership. He focuses on sourcing, acquiring, and operating multifamily assets across the United States. Matt brings unique relationships and a disciplined investment strategy to the platform. He has been instrumental in acquiring and adding value to a portfolio of almost 9,000 units and valued at over $1.2bb. Based in Southern California, Matt spends his time with family, surfing, mountain biking, yoga, and golf. He is passionate about pursuing opportunities that create long-term value for investors and partners.

Dan Broderick has over 25 years of transacting and building profitable commercial real estate businesses. At Forge, he is responsible for investor relations, capital markets and various leadership and operational functions. Most recently he served as the President of Americas & Capital Markets at Cushman & Wakefield (CWK), a publicly traded global firm. His background spans executive leadership, investment banking, and capital markets brokerage, including directly transacting over $8.0 billion in CRE sales. A graduate of Stanford University, Dan is deeply involved in industry leadership and governance, serving on boards for a myriad of real estate related organizations. Dan resides in Southern California and a proud (and nervous) father of three teenage daughters.

Mr. Oliphant has been in the large scale commercial development business since 1980. He has developed or entitled over $1 billion worth of commercial real estate projects. He is responsible for the vision, values, and overall strategy at Forge. Mr. Oliphant was formerly a General Partner in Knott’s Berry Farm, one of the largest amusement parks in the US. In this role, Mr. Oliphant was responsible for broadening the scope of the company and creating opportunities for diversification.
